Entitlement is per rolling 12-month period. During half-pay periods you may also qualify for Statutory Sick Pay where OSP falls below it. Staff on Band 1–3 pay protection or with zero reckonable service receive SSP only. Check Section 14 of the AfC handbook for full rules.
