Community Staff Nurse in Darlington DL1 1JJ (Band 3) £28k-£35k #1

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurses to Join our Darlington Community Nursing Team. We have a 37.5 and 30 hour permanent post. The successful applicants will work across Darlington Locality and surrounding areas from an office base in Hundens B Darlington. The team cover 8am until 9pm 7 days a week on a duty roster. The role involves providing holistic nursing care to adult patients in their own home or residential care setting. Sucessful applicants will be required to hold a first level nursing registration with the NMC, additional training specific to the role can be provided. The Community nursing team provide both planned and reactive care including Urgent Community Response. We have a centre for planned care in Bishop Auckland and provide care from community hospitals in Chester-le-Street, Shotley Bridge, Barnard Castle, Sedgefield and Weardale as well as over 80 other community based settings and providing care in patients' homes.
